Angolan-born Zé Manel Martins, with a musical career spanning 40 years, has participated in many varied musical projects including Banda Kalulu, Duo Angola Brasil, Brisas, Banda Atlântica, Mwatas do Namibe and Jangada - celebrating a broad mixture of traditional Angolan sounds and rhythms. 

This concert, featuring music from his own compositions and CDs, will be performed by Zé Manel Martins on vocals, guitar and Dikanza (an Angolan instrument) and accompanied by Adriano Alves (Dinga) on bass and vocals, and Jorge Carrilho on drums. This will be a cultural delight for all to embrace.
