In Parliament on Monday President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa gave a speech about the Armed Forces and asked for more investment in them.

António Costa left a political warning, stressing that (…) “there is a single budget supported by the taxes of the Portuguese people” and the government therefore “has to find a balance”.
