TAP will pay between €3.8 million and €4 million annually
for rent for their new headquarters in Parque das Nações, according to Jornal de Negócios.
The airline will move to the Báltico building, in Parque das Nações, which was the former home of CTT for several years.
According to the newspaper, TAP will pay an annual rent
between 3.8 million and four million euros. The amount of rent foreseen for TAP
is, therefore, below the approximately five million a year that, according to
the same source, was currently paid by CTT. The Post Office will move to the
Green Park building, where the Maló Clinic is located, in the Sete Rios area, according
to ECO.
In an interview with ECO in August, the executive president
of TAP said that the buildings and land that the airline currently occupies
next to Lisbon airport will be sold and that a real estate project can be
developed there.
