The '#Plasticoamais' (too much plastic) campaign, launched by DECO, has brought about many consumer complaints, the majority relating to excessive plastic packaging on fresh produce and groceries.
The initiative, developed by DECO and launched in June, has garnered a total of 835 consumer complaints
