Fair manager Sónia Seixas says that over the past ten years the annual event “has flourished and developed” to dimensions that now fill every corner of the grounds where it is held.
It has become a staple day out on the regional agenda and a must-be-at for businesses in the Algarve and beyond; the ultimate opportunity to mix business with pleasure.
“This year we are following the ‘Feel Good’ theme because we genuinely feel things are picking up here in Portugal and there is so much for everyone to celebrate and enjoy.
“We have the usual attractions for children and something for everyone to enjoy, whatever their age; even for dogs and cats”, Sónia Seixas adds.
As well as over 120 stands showcasing a multitude of products and services that could well be useful to Fair-goers – ranging from property maintenance and management to clothes, beauty treatments and health check-ups – visitors can also enjoy the many different flavours on offer from a wide range of participating restaurants and eateries.
Dining at the Fair is a truly international experience, taking visitors on a global gastronomic voyage that stretches from the refreshingly cool Caipirinhas of Brazil to the exotically spicy flavours of India and other delicacies from pretty much everywhere in between and beyond.
And with summer fast approaching, a vast section of the fair is also dedicated to Outdoor Living, showcasing everything needed to make the most of the good weather, from brand new cars to the latest in exterior furniture and accessories.
To have a brilliant day out with fun for all the family – including those with four legs – and to discover the best and latest of what the region’s businesses have to offer, don’t miss the opportunity to visit the 10th edition of the International Algarve Fair.
It takes place this year on 6 & 7 June, at the Fatacil fairground in Lagoa, open 11am to 7pm.
