The discovery was made by the Faro Maritime Police who spotted the body floating in the water. Police say they believe the deceased to be around 40 years old. Initial investigation by authorities suggests there was no sign of violence or a struggle, leading them to believe the cause of death might have been due to drowning. PJ Police have taken over the case to further investigate the man’s death.
