This summer, between 28 June and 1 September, EasyToll booths will have reinforced customer service support. Specialised teams from the Portugal Infrastructure (IP) will be focused exclusively on assisting clients with foreign license plates.


The extra staff will be giving added support, between 8am and 8pm, to newcomers on how to acquire the means to navigate the Portuguese electronic toll system. Moreover, there will be permanent support from the fiscal teams of different companies operating the toll systems.

These can be found at either EasyToll booths, or any service station areas along the highway.


IP will also be operating a twenty four hour Call Centre, which complements the already existing information available on their website: www.portugaltolls.com.
