clarified that all rules currently in place will continue, including the use of
masks on public transport.
Asked about
a possible change in the measures after the summer season, the minister
admitted the possibility of additional measures to combat and mitigate the
pandemic from autumn, if the evolution of the epidemiological situation
justifies it. "When autumn comes, we might have a
worsening of the pandemic that may make it necessary to take additional
measures," she said.

This “Cultist/nutter” didn´t want to do covid vaccinations, not because of fearing vaccinations in general, but because these were poorly developed (one cannot underestimate the benefit of time to show pbs, so they can be properly fixed). People with this stance were treated as pariahs, rednecks, etc. Time went by and the pbs and broken promises are in the open-reality-for everyone to see. I hate masks, because I like breathing freely, but between 1 evil and the other, the mask at least is less damaging for my body. So I was a “nutter” back then, a “nutter” now, too, it seems. I´m as sick of covid as anyone else, mainly because it robbed ppl of essential health care for non covid pbs. It´s for those ppl I used mask in closed spaces even during deconfinements. I know this (covid variants spreading, poorly developed vaccines) didn´t end as predicted; so trust me when I say I only do/did this because things are connected. As long as this s**t is around, along with its monetary beneficiaries, other ppl with serious non covid health pbs won´t see any relief soon. This hurts and frustrates me DEEPLY.

It should be clear to anyone that masks do little if anything at all to control the spread of Covid in communities. Countries with mask mandates are indistinguishable from those without when it comes to levels of infection or hospitalizations.

Masks do work. Perhaps, those who don’t believe so might opt for their surgeons to not wear a mask during surgery -after all it really doesn’t work!

I have no problem in putting on a mask if I'm in a crowed bus or train where everyone is on top of each other especially during winter where we spend most of our times indoors. However when I see someone wearing a mask alone in their car or outside when no ones around them for miles thats when I know these people are nuts.

I think this is no longer necessary and is been over cautious. From my own experience I have not worn a mask for a long time now as I am double vaccinated and double boosted. I feel now is the time to get our lives back as this virus no longer poses the same risk to lives

I continue to remind people of THE SCIENCE. You wouldn't let someone from Facebook remove your appendix so why are you still reading and believing these conspiracy theories. Michele and Tony B. are the rational realists. When someone sneezes in your face or the elevator you're in you catch a cold or virus because millions of tiny particles (droplets) hang in that area for 3.5 hours. If you're double vaxed and double boostedmyou won't die BUT if not you will be in the hospital, ON a ventilator and probably pass on. Didn't you see on the telly sooo many of the dying victims telling people "I was wrong, get the vaccine." The reason societies self destruct is from ignorance. You've been educated, use your "life" tools, you are not infallible. You need it INSIDE where people have passed and left droplets, not outside, at the beach or in your car. And that's bull about the masks not working. If you get a good N-95, KN-95 or in Portugal I was given a C e0598 mask AND wrap around glasses (droplets get into your eyes so just a mask is not full protection) you can go anywhere, not get sick and not infect anyone and YES, you can get Covid as much as 3 times. None of us enjoy masks but we enjoy life without further complicating it; be SMART!
