Ryanair will launch four new routes from Faro to Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Madrid and Nuremberg as of 22 October. In total, the Irish low-cost winter schedule, which runs until March 23, 2023, includes 30 routes to and from the Algarve city, which include destinations such as Marseille, Milan, London and Paris.

This is, according to the low-cost air carrier, "the biggest winter schedule ever for Faro". The company led by Michael O'Leary also announced a promotional campaign with fares starting at €24.99 for flights purchased until next Saturday, the 8th.
