During the event, visitors will be able to have their blood pressure and blood sugar levels measured and their Body Mass Index (BMI) calculated. In addition to these assessments, personalised advice will also be offered with the aim of reducing cardiovascular risk and improving each person's quality of life.
The participation of medical students from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra in this project demonstrates the trust in the work developed by Meeting Place in the health sector over the last few years, which is recognised as a point of contact that creates valuable opportunities for the training and practice of future health professionals.
