“The new housing complex will have 14 homes and will be built in a municipal subdivision”, highlighted the Algarve municipality in a statement, stressing that the location already has “eight new homes recently built and already inhabited” and plans to build another 34 new homes in two locations.

Of the 24 apartments, 20 will be located in the Lacóbriga Municipal Subdivision, while the remaining 14, which are now being tendered, are located in the Municipal Subdivision II, close to the Bensafrim Market, the city government explained.

The municipality stressed that the public tender now launched aims at the “design-construction contract” and has a planned budget of 2.5 million euros.
