Experts revealed the fossils to have belonged to reptiles from the Late Cretaceous period, dating back 72 to 66 million years ago, in Morocco.


One of the findings was identified to have been a Zarafasaura oceanis tooth, while three were from a Mosasaurus, and the other five belonged to a Dyrosaurus phosphaticus.
