The Lisbon Oceanarium programme was developed for families with children and includes a 60-minute adventure that brings together children and adults, followed by the opportunity to visit the aquarium freely. The programme allows, in addition to a fun moment of learning between adults and children, to visit the entire Oceanarium at a reduced price – €15 instead of the usual €25.
The programme begins with an educational session for the whole family, led by a marine educator, in the discovery of the secrets of the ocean. Through different challenges, children and adults are invited to compete for a common goal: to protect the planet! The adventure begins with a test of knowledge about the marine world. The game continues with the search for the superpowers of each member of a very large family. In between, a monster threatens the entire ocean and everyone enters a final naval battle, where every choice leads to a more sustainable future.
The sessions are 60 minutes in the room, and the ticket includes a free visit to all the exhibitions of the Oceanarium, after the session. This activity was developed for families with children between 5 and 12 years old, accompanied by adults, and until 30 March, and has a single price of €15 per participant (free for children under 2 years old). The purchase of tickets for the activity “Na Onda do Oceano” is limited to the capacity of each session.
