Traffic has been interrupted in different sections.

At around 9:30 pm on Friday, the central massif was closed, while at 9 am on Saturday, sections 1 and 2 were closed, which connect Portela de Arão to Lagoa Comprida and Lagoa Comprida – Sabugueiro, respectively.

Sections 11 (Piornos-Torre), 12 (Torre–Torre), and 13 (Torre–Lagoa Comprida) were closed.

In statements to Lusa, the Sub-regional Emergency and Civil Protection Command of Beiras and Serra da Estrela reported that all routes are now passable.
