SATA CEO Paulo Menezes said the inaugural flight to Praia was quite full and would use a 165-seat Airbus A.

I don't think it is a good idea to my opinion. Since many black people dumped litters more than white people. In our area, we don't have black people but now we have more black people and more litters dumping on the ground. Sad!
