It further revealed that around 85 percent of pilots belonging to the union took part in the labour action. In a statement sent out by the SPAC union, it said further action will now be discussed at an upcoming general meeting.

It argued that while the strike cost the airline at least 30 million euros, the demands of pilots, if they were met, would cost just over 6 million euros a year.
