The Dublin-based company attributed the “very strong" growth (gross values),
among other factors, to what it called "operating reliability", the
recovery of passenger travel and the increase in air fares during the holiday
season.
Ryanair indicates in a statement that it transported 91.1
million passengers in the first half of 2022 - 143% more than last year -
which, it says, "confirms" the recovery of the sector affected by the
health crisis.
Ticket prices increased by 7% in this (fiscal) period, and
in July and August the increase was 14% - compared to 2021 values - which
"compensated" for the drop seen during the first quarter marked year
for the war in Ukraine.
Die mieseste Airline, die ich in meinem langen Leben gewählt habe - never again, da gehe ich lieber zu Fuß oder fahre per Autostop heim!
