The National Road (EN) 339 has been cut “between Penhas da Saúde, in the municipality of Covilhã (Castelo Branco district), and Lagoa Comprida, in the municipality of Seia (Guarda district), since 8:15 pm” yesterday, said a source from the Sub-regional Emergency and Civil Protection Command for Beiras and Serra da Estrela.
