The north: The weekend is to be dry with intermittent sunshine and prolonged periods of cloud cover. It will be feeling warm during the day with highs of 15 degrees but very cold in the evening with lows of 2 degrees. From Monday the rain is to return with temperatures averaging highs of 15 degrees.
The centre: A dry day is expected on Saturday when temperatures are to peak at highs of 12 degrees with lows of 4 degrees. Heavy cloud cover is forecast for Sunday with highs of 12 degrees and lows of 3 degrees. The rain is to return on Monday with average highs of 12 degrees and nightly lows of 5 degrees.
The south: The rain is to ease on Saturday when it will be feeling warm with highs of 18 degrees and lows of 7 degrees. On Sunday hazy high cloud is forecast with highs of 16 degrees and lows of 7 degrees. From Monday a mixture of sunshine and showers is expected with average highs of 17 degrees.
Madeira: Saturday is to be dry with some sunny spells and highs of 20 degrees. From Sunday intermittent showers are expected each day with average daily highs of 19 degrees and lows of 14 degrees.
