The House Representatives Health Committee has approved a draft bill to ease restrictions for adults who use cannabis for non-medicinal purposes.

In Switzerland, the commission aims to reinforce the protection of young people and improve security by allowing strictly regulated access to cannabis in a controlled market.
This project is not an encouragement of consumption, and cannabis products will be subject to an incentive tax.
