From Monday the rain is to return with heavy showers and sunny spells, with highs of 18 degrees and average nightly lows of 10 degrees. The rain is set to continue for the rest of the week.
Madeira: The rain is to ease briefly on Saturday when temperatures are to peak at highs of 20 degrees with lows of 15 degrees. On Sunday a grey day is expected with rain throughout the day and highs of 20 degrees.
The Azores: A mixture of sunshine and heavy showers is expected all weekend and then to continue into the following week with temperatures averaging highs of 18 degrees on Saturday and lows of 13 degrees.
