“With 39 flights a week from Porto and 31 flights a week from Lisbon, Paris-Orly will be the main destination operated on Portuguese routes this winter. In total, the Franco-Dutch company will operate 17 routes between Portugal and France, the Netherlands and Belgium”, reads the information released by Transavia.

In the case of Paris-Orly, Transavia will operate seven additional flights compared to last winter from Porto, while Lisbon will gain four more air connections to the French capital and Funchal will have one more flight this winter.

“The Funchal-Marseille route is also being extended from summer to winter,” says Transavia, recalling that this route, which has flights on Sundays, begins to operate on July 7 and should remain in operation until September, but will ultimately also have flights during the winter period.

In addition to Paris-Orly and Marseille, Transavia will also have flights from Faro, Funchal, Lisbon and Porto to Amsterdam; Faro and Lisbon to Eindhoven; Funchal, Lisbon and Porto to Nantes; Faro and Lisbon to Rotterdam; and Faro to Brussels.

“In total, we will offer additional travel options across our 17 routes between Portugal, France, the Netherlands and Belgium. Globally, with no fewer than 168 routes this winter, we are committed to continuing our regional expansion by offering direct international connections at affordable prices,” says Nicolas Hénin, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing at Transavia France.
