The alert for the sighting of a body floating on the beach occurred at 11.45am, mobilizing the firemen of Parede and Maritime Authority operatives, who removed the corpse.

“The National Institute of Medical Emergency was at the scene and confirmed the death”, informed Rui Pereira da Terra, referring that the body will be autopsied in the office of the Institute of Legal Medicine, which is located in the cemetery of Guia, in Cascais, to find out what the causes of death are.

According to information from the National Authority for Emergency and Civil Protection (ANEPC), the occurrence was registered at 11.30am, mobilizing nine operatives and five vehicles.
