This private condominium will contain 39 flats which range from studios to three bedroom flats. The apartments will be south facing and have a sleek and contemporary design and, with an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, electric vehicle charging point and a reserved space for bicycles.
The development has been designed to receive LEED certification, being one of the first residential buildings in Portugal to receive this certification. The parking spaces will include sockets for the charging of electrical vehicles and a number of sustainable construction practices have been integrated into the development of this project.
