This charitable event supports three local social institutions (IPSS) and celebrates regional culture by showing traditional products, local cuisine, and the Mediterranean lifestyle, highlighting, in particular, the snail, a seasonal delicacy cherished in the Algarve.

Served in a variety of styles, snails take the centre stage in a relaxed, open-air setting. The festival aims to promote and elevate local ingredients and gastronomic heritage as part of the broader Mediterranean diet.
