According to a report by Publituris, the unit has 204 rooms, of which 105 are suites, with decor inspired by Portuguese discoveries and contemporary influences from Lisbon. Accommodation types range from Queen rooms to three-bedroom Regency Suites, which have private balconies and a living room with dining area.

The project has four gastronomic experiences and a bar, in different spaces. For now, two of the development's four restaurants are in operation: VISEVERSA, a grand-café-style restaurant and bar open all day, and ZEST, located in front of the private garden, where you can have lunch or a snack.

Above the VISEVERSA restaurant is VISTA, a multipurpose space where it is possible to work, have a quick meeting or read, while also being the “ideal space for events, presentations or product launches”.

With the events market in mind, the Hyatt Regency Lisbon has a total meeting area of ​​around 420 square metres. The main meeting room, measuring 220 square metres, can also be divided into four large rooms, measuring 42 square metres.
