The conference took place at the IPDJ building in Faro and brought together more than 120 technology and innovation enthusiasts. The event stood out for its diverse program, featuring six talks and two interactive workshops.

In the morning, attendees listened to presentations by two members of the Google Developer Experts group, Jai Campbell and Önder Ceylan, who discussed emerging topics in Artificial Intelligence that dominate today's tech landscape. David Pilato, an evangelist from the well-known multinational Elastic, wrapped up the morning with a talk on audio pattern recognition technology. Meanwhile, J. Palma conducted a workshop on Personal Knowledge Systems, providing participants with an enriching hands-on experience.

In the afternoon, Fellyph Cintra led a workshop focused on integrating Large Language Model (LLM) technologies into web applications. Talks by Leo Melo, Liliana Pereira, and Lukas Borawski covered topics such as recruitment processes in companies, the use of AI as workplace support, and the implementation of LLMs on personal devices, respectively.

The event concluded with a party at the Palimpsetsu bar, supported by the LOFT Digital Nomads Association in Faro, offering a relaxed environment for networking, leisure, and music.

The informal GeekSessions Faro group is dedicated to promoting knowledge exchange and experience-sharing among technology professionals and enthusiasts in the Algarve. Through regular events, they aim to foster innovation and collaboration within the local community.

This milestone 15th-anniversary event was made possible with the partnership of IPDJ Faro, which provided the venue and necessary infrastructure.
